Access and use of the website

Access and/or use of this website attributes the condition of USER, accepting these terms of use. The mere use of the website does not mean the start of an employment or commercial relationship between the OWNER and the USER.

Both access to the Website and any non-consensual use that may be made of the information contained therein is the sole responsibility of the user.

The USER undertakes to use the contents of Tecnovivienda, information and data of the Web Site in accordance with the present conditions, terms and policies, with the applicable regulations and with generally accepted good customs and public order. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents. In this registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially.

The user undertakes to refrain from using the contents of the Website for purposes or effects that are unlawful, prohibited or contrary to those established herein, harmful to the rights and interests of the OWNER, of other users, of third parties or that may in any way damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate this Website or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the same by users.

Exclusion of guarantees and liability

TECNOVIVIENDA will not be responsible for any consequence, damage or harm that could be derived from such access or use or from the non-fulfilment of the present conditions, terms and policies nor will it be responsible for the security errors that could be produced nor for the damages that could be caused to the user's computer system (hardware and software) or to the files or documents stored in it as a consequence of: (i) the presence of a virus in the user's computer that is used for the connection to the services and/or products offered by TECNOVIVIENDA through its Web Site; nor a malfunction of the browser; the use of non-updated versions of the same.

This Website is not intended for minors and the Provider disclaims any liability for any failure to comply with this requirement.

TECNOVIVIENDA is not responsible neither for the content nor for the security measures adopted by any other page or web site through which access is had from the present Web Site, sites to which the interested party accesses under his exclusive responsibility.

Likewise, the absence of viruses or other elements in the contents linked from the OWNER's Website that may cause alterations in the computer system (hardware and software) and/or in the User's documents or files is also not guaranteed, and the OWNER is likewise excluded from any liability arising from damages of any kind caused by the foregoing.

Modification of terms, privacy and data protection policy

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the OWNER and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Minors

TECNOVIVIENDA directs its services to users over 18 years old. Minors under this age are not authorised to use our web, and therefore should not send us their personal data. To inform that THE OWNER is not responsible for the consequences that could derive from the non-fulfilment of this warning.
